A personal note from Judy...
|
 Hi %$firstname$%,
It's the middle of March, and yeah, it's almost spring. My plants and trees are already beginning to bud and life is returning to the high desert once again. My spirits are lifted, particularly after the deep freeze we had a few weeks ago.
Spring calls us forth to plant and to begin anew- new beginnings, new life, and new possibilities. It also requires some clearing to make way for what is to come. Removing the dead plants from my container pots was a tedious chore; however, it is necessary if I want to plant anything new this year.
Clearing and releasing is necessary for any new desire you wish to energize and bring into your reality. It is the least favored activity for most of us. It is not uncommon to discover that some of what we need to release has very deep roots.
It is also not uncommon to want to speed up the process, ignore the old roots, and plant new seeds on top of old roots and plants. This metaphor of clearing out the old to make way for the new describes nature's process of new birth and death. She tells us exactly how to bring about something new into our lives.  Release, Rebirth, and Renew:
How To Clear the Way For What You Want

Setting new goals for yourself, both business and personal, is like choosing the seeds you wish to plant in your garden of life. This is not an uncommon exercise, particularly if you are a super achieving, ambitious business owner, entrepreneur, or professional. Yet, how often do you run into blocks (old roots) that seemingly keep you from taking the actions (planting the seeds) that promise the results you are hoping for and committed to?
How often do you encounter frustration because you are taking the actions you think are right (planting the seeds) yet, nothing seems to be growing, or you discover you just have weeds? That's not fun and it is very tiring, I know. I've been there, done that. Believe me, it's no fun at all!
There is a method to this madness, so to speak. I'm giving you 5 steps to begin the clearing process of resistance which allows you to discover the roots of your patterns that limit and bind you, and please, do try this at home. And remember, this is a process.
First and foremost, however, I must mention that you must be clear about what you are planting (the seeds of your desire). If you aren't clear about what you want, you'll just get weeds or the same plant you had before. (This feels like stuck.)
